Participants will learn about basic customer service skills which are essential for every person who works in a library. The basic customer service skills will be explained and applied so that participants gain an understanding of how the skills influence and define daily library services. This training is designed for individuals who are new to working in a library and may be used towards acquiring Basic Library Skills Training certificate.
An optional complimentary lunch will be provided at noon. Please indicate below if you will be participating in the lunch; if you are registering for both sessions today, it is fine to mark yes (or no) to the meal in each registration.
